Jessica McQuiggan is a cognitive scientist with a passion for user-friendly research design. She worked for three years as the Research & Evaluation Manager at Science World, where she designed, administered, and analyzed way too many surveys. Because she feels obligated to complete every survey that lands in her inbox, her current quest is to improve the quality of survey design for the benefit of all.
